Guest Services is located on the upper level, adjacent to the downward escalator near the Terrace Food Court. The following functions and amenities are available at Guest Services:

• Lost and Found
• Security Assistance
• Employment Opportunities at the Citadel
• Calls for Taxi Service
• Bus Schedules
• Locksmith Numbers
• Security Assist Jump Starts

The following services are available throughout the center:

• ATM Machines - for your convenience, there are six ATM Machines located throughout the center as follows:
  • Lower level - in front of Foot Locker
  • Mid level - in front of Lenscrafters, at the South Entrance, and Center Court
  • Food court - in front of Subway
  • Upper level - Center Court

• Soft Play Area- A children’s soft play area is located on the mid-level, in front of Burlington Coat Factory.  Kids enjoy sliding and crawling in the plush, Colorado-Themed play area while parents relax on the soft seating area.

• Stroller Rental - There are three Smarte Carte Stroller rental centers, located in the following areas throughout the mall:
  • Upper level - outside Burlington Coat Factory - Double Strollers
  • Food Court, upper level - Single Strollers
  • Lower level - outside JCPenney - Single Strollers

• Diaper Changing Station - are available in the upper level woman’s restroom near JCPenney, as well as the family restroom on the Terrance Food Court.
