Family friendly Trick-or-Treating throughout the Citadel Mall.
Trick-or-Treat bags, toys, and candy will be passed out to children in costumes that are 12 and under. While supplies last.
*All children participating must be accompanied by an adult. Costumes with violent themes and weapon props will not be permitted for the safety of the children.
